| 摘 要： | 刺槐玻璃化苗在合适的培养基激素配比条件下转化为愈伤组织，同时由愈伤组织再生芽，从而将玻璃苗恢复为正常苗；恢复后的小苗在外部形态、生长分化，以及生根等方面，与正常苗无显著差异。此方法为部分植物玻璃化苗转化为正常苗提供了途径。

| Abstract: | In suitable culture medium,the vitrcous Robinia Pseudoacacialin plantlets weretransformed to calluses and then buds regeneraled.The plantlets obtained had no significantdifferences to the normal ones in mophology,growth and differentlation and rooting.Thisteehnique provides a way for the vitrcous plantlets of some plants to normalize. |
