| 摘 要： | 综述了现阶段棉花"洞A"型核雄性不育系花粉败育的研究概况,从形态学、细胞形态学、生理生化及分子生物学等方面总结了研究棉花"洞A"型核雄性不育败育机理的进展,并且对该领域研究和应用中存在的问题、发展前景提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | The currently general situation of research on the pollen sterility of nuclear male sterile line "Dong A" of cotton was summed up.The progress of research on the sterility mechanism of nuclear male sterile line "Dong A" of cotton was summarized from aspects such as morphology,cytomorphology,physiology,biochemistry and molecular biology.And some thoughts about the problems in the research and application in this field and its development prospect were put forward. |
