| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对喜树嫩叶和成熟叶中喜树碱(CPT)含量的季节变化进行研究,结果表明:无论是嫩叶还是成熟叶,喜树碱含量均为双峰曲线,分别在6月和9月达到峰值,其中以6月份喜树碱(CPT)含量最高;嫩叶中喜树碱含量极显著高于同期的成熟叶;不同叶龄叶片中喜树碱含量存在差异,4月以5日龄内喜树碱含量最高,7月以3日龄内含量最高,10月则在7日龄内含量最高。

| Abstract: | The contents of CPT in leaves of Camptotheca acuminata was determined by HPLC in different months and different ages.The results showed that the content of CPT presented two peaks curve both in tender leaves and older leaves from April to November,which appeared in June and September respectively,and the content of CPT in tender leaves was higher than that in older leaves in every month,it could reach the highest content in June.The CPT content in leaves varied with the age of leaves,when the bud completely expanded in spring,there would be keeping the highest content of CPT in leaves in the following five days,in summer,the highest content of CPT in leaves could last three days after the bud completely expanded,and in autumn,this period could last seven days. |
