摘    要:对雾培马铃薯植株叶片喷施5,10,15和20 mg/L烯效唑处理,以清水为对照,研究了烯效唑对雾培马铃薯植株光合作用的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施10 mg/L烯效唑可增加雾培马铃薯叶片中叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量,同时马铃薯植株的净光合速率最大,而15 mg/L和20 mg/L烯效唑处理不利于叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量增加、以及净光合速率的提高。

Abstract:The leaves of potato plant cultured by the aeroponics were treated with the different concentrations uniconazole(5 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L,20 mg/L),there was an significant increase in the in the chlorophyll a and b,as well as net photosynthesis rate treated with 10 mg/L uniconazole compared with the CK.But there was a decrease treated with 15 and 20 mg/L uniconazole.
