微卫星标记BMSS2508在4个山羊品种中的DNA多态性

摘    要:为寻找山羊繁殖性能的多胎性分子标记,根据比较基因组学方法,选用位于绵羊6号染色体上与多胎基因(FEC^B)紧密连锁的微卫星标记BMS2508,分别检测了湘东黑山羊、南江黄羊、贵州黑山羊、波尔山羊该微卫星位点的等位基因频率、多态信息含量、有效等位基因数和杂合度.研究结果表明:BMS2508位点的多态信息含量/有效等位基因数/平均杂合度在湘东黑山羊、南江黄羊、贵州黑山羊、波尔山羊中分别为0.5927/2.6822/0.6272,0.7002/3.5366/0.7172,0.5765/2.3653/0.5772,0.7506/4.3295/0.7690.故该微卫星位点在4个山羊品种中具有比较丰富的遗传多态性,可用于山羊遗传多态性评估,也为研究该微卫星位点的DNA多态性与山羊繁殖性能的相关打下了基础.

Abstract:To obtain molecular marker of polyembryo in goat,the microsatellite marker BMS2508,closely linked to the fecundity gene FECB and mapped to sheep chromosome 6,was selected.The frequency of allele,content of polymorphisn information,number of effective equal alleles and heterozngosity at the microsatellite loci were detected in Xiangdong black goat,Nanjiang yellow goat,Guizhou black goat and Bore goat.The results revealed polymorphism content information and number of effective alleles and heterozngosity for BMS2508 in those four goat breeds were 0.592 7/2.682 2/0.627 2, 0.700 2/3.536 6/0.717 2,0.576 5/2.365 3/0.577 2,0.750 6/4.329 5/0.769 0,respectively.It could be concluded,they were in genetic polymorphism at the microsatellite loci BMS2508.So microsatellite marker BMS2508 could be applied to genetic polymorphism evaluation in goat breeds.It was also a basis the research on relation ship between polymorphisms of the microsatellite loci and reproduction performance.
