| 摘 要： | 体细胞胚胎发生在果树和林木的繁殖、人工种子制作和遗传改良诸多领域具有应用价值 .近二十年来 ,果树和林木的体细胞胚胎发生研究有较大进展 .本文在总结影响果树和林木体细胞胚胎发生因素的基础上 ,对其利用途径和前景作了初步分析

| Abstract: | Somatic embryogenesis is of great value in various fields such as seedling propagation, making artificial seeds and genetic improvement in fruits and trees. A great progress was made in somatic embryogenesis in fruits and trees in the past 20 years. In this paper the factors affecting somatic embryogenesis in fruits and trees are first reviewed, and then the utilized paths and prospects are also preliminarily analyzed. |
