紫花苜蓿肌动蛋白基因的提取

摘    要:选取紫花苜蓿叶片为材料,提取总RNA,利用蒺藜状苜蓿的肌动蛋白基因设计特异性引物,扩增出目的基因的cDNA进行测序,测序结果在NCBI基因库中利用Blast与其他高等植物肌动蛋白基因序列进行了比对、分析,结果证明所提取的基因为紫花苜蓿肌动蛋白基因的片段。

Abstract:The leaf of Medicago sativa was used to extract total RNA.The total RNA was isolated from the leaves of Medicago sativa,and then obtained the objective gene cDNA by using a pair of primers according to actin genes coding region sequence from Medicago truncatula.After the cDNA gene was sequenced,it was blasted in NCBI with other plants.Results indicated that the sequence was the actin gene fragments from Medicago sativa.
