鸡腿菇塑料大棚栽培培养料配方对比试验

以棉籽壳为主料,设置4个不同的培养料配方,研究了鸡腿菇塑料大棚栽培的有关情况.研究结果表明,棉籽壳含量96%或85%时,菌丝长势均较好,产量也较高,但颜色较差,发菌、现蕾天数较长,感杂率及畸形菇率也较高;棉籽壳含量50%,玉米芯含量30%与棉籽壳含量42%,玉米芯含量40%时,菌丝长势较差,产量较低,但颜色较好,发菌、现蕾天数较短,感杂率及畸形菇率也较低.各地可根据不同经济发展水平选择适宜的培养料配方.

Study on Culture Medium Formula for cultivation of Coprinus comatus in Plastic Greenhouse

Using cotton seed hull as materials,we set up four different culture medium formulations used for Coprinus comatus cultivation in plastic greenhouse. The results showed that when the cotton seed hull content was 96% and 85%,the hyphal growth were better,production was higher,but had poor color; hyphae stage and mushroom-budding period delayed,miscellaneous funga rate and malformations mushrooms rate were higher.
