干旱胁迫下多效唑包衣对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:研究在干旱胁迫下多效唑包衣玉米种子对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,多效唑包衣能明显提高玉米种子的发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数,其中发芽率高出正常生长的6%,使玉米幼苗变矮,茎粗和根长增加,根冠比极显著提高。测定玉米幼苗的生理生化指标表明,多效唑包衣处理能明显地降低幼苗的脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量,提高可溶性糖含量和SOD活性,有利于增强玉米幼苗的抗旱能力。

Abstract:Effects of PP333 seed-coating on seed germination and seedling growth in maize under drought stress were studied. The results indicated that the treatment with paclobutrazol(PP333) seed-coating could significantly improve seed germination percentage, germination index and vigor index of maize, which germination rate even increased 6.0% than normal growth. Shoot height of maize was reduced, culm diameter and root length were increased, root-cap ratio was significantly enhanced. While the physiological and biochemical indexes also showed that PP333 seed-coating could significantly reduce proline content and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of maize seedling, soluble sugar content and superoxide dismutase activity(SOD) were enhanced, all these are beneficial to enhance seedling drought resistance in maize.
