摘    要:目的]为冬小麦"三系"高产制种提供理论依据。方法]以不育系AL22(A)和恢复系99 AR144-1(R)为材料,采用正交试验研究父母本行比、氮肥用量和化学调控对制种产量的影响。结果]父母本行比对制种产量影响较大,当行比为2∶6时,制种产量最高,为1 718.1 kg/hm2,比平均制种产量高25.7%;在一定范围内,制种产量随氮肥用量的增加而增加,拔节期追施尿素240 kg/hm2时,制种产量可达1 636.8 kg/hm2,比对照(不施氮肥)高33.9%;拔节期喷施壮丰安和赤霉素对制种产量影响不大。结论]在该试验中,当父母本行比为2∶6、拔节期追施尿素240 kg/hm2、拔节期喷施壮丰安225 ml/hm2和赤霉素30 g/hm2时,制种产量较高。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to provide the theoretical basis for high-yielding seed production of winter wheat with three-line.Method] With sterile line AL 22(A) and restorer line 99 AR 144-1(R) as materials,the orthogonal test was taken to study the effect of row ratio between male and female parents,nitrogen fertilizer amount and chemical regulation on seed production yield.Result] The effect of row ratio between male and female parents on seed production yield was bigger,and when the row ratio was 2∶6,the seed production yield was the highest,being 1 718.1 kg/hm2,and was 25.7% higher than the average seed production yield.The seed production yield was increased with the increment of nitrogen fertilizer rate in a certain range.When urea at 240 kg/hm2 was topdressed in jointing stage,the seed production yield reached 1 636.8 kg/hm2,being 33.9% higher than that of CK without nitrogen fertilizer application.The effect of spraying Zhuangfengan and gibberellin in jointing stage on seed production yield was not big.Conclusion] In this test,the seed production yield was higher when the row ratio between male and female parents was 2∶6,urea at 240 kg/hm2 was topdressed in jointing stage,Zhuangfengan at 225 ml/hm2 and gibberellin at 30 g/hm2 were sprayed in jointing stage.
