摘    要:本文研究了双齿围沙蚕幼体在水交换周期分别为8h、4h、2h的流水、模拟潮汐和静水等5种不同水交换条件下的生长。培养双齿围沙蚕幼体50d。结果表明:双齿围沙蚕幼体对不良环境的适应能力较强。在静水槽中,随着时间的推移,pH、DO逐步降低,而NH3-N、H2S的浓度逐步增高;在模拟潮汐的水槽中,pH值、DO、NH3-N、H2S循环变动;在3个流量大小不同的水槽中,pH值、DO、NH3-N、H2S呈逐渐变化,变化幅度与水流量大小有关。各水槽中双齿围沙蚕幼体均有很高成活率。双齿围沙蚕幼体的增重倍数以12倍/d流水的3.77为最高,模拟潮汐的3.49次之,再次为6倍/d流水和3倍/d流水的3.29和2.20,最差为静水养殖的1.75。

Abstract:In the experiment five exchange models of water,8 hr,4 hr,2 hr exchange period ,tide simulation and stillness water,on the growth of young clamworm Perinereis aibuhitensis were investigated.The young clamworm had been cultivated for 50 days.The result indicated that the young clamworm could adapt bad surroundings well.In the tank of stillness water,pH,dissolved oxygen(DO) fell,and NH3-N,H2S rose gradually with time process.In the tank of tide simulation,pH,DO,NH3-N,H2S exchanged circularly.In the three vary flux tanks,pH,DO,NH3-N,H2S changed gradually,and the vary extent related with the flux.The survive rates were high all in every tanks.The tiptop of index of increase times in weight of young clamworm was 3.77 when flux was 12 times per day.The index of tide simulation take second place,was 3.49.The index were 3.29 and 2.20 when flux was 6 and 3 times per day.The lowest index was 1.75 in the stillness water tank.
