推进现代烟草农业建设保持烟叶生产健康发展

大力推进现代烟草农业是烟草行业实现烟叶生产平稳发展所作出的战略决策,河南省作为我国烤烟的主产区之一,烟草行业上下积极响应,按照现代烟草农业的要求大胆探索。文章在调研基础上总结了河南省推进现代烟草农业取得的成绩,并针对存在的问题,提出了实现烟叶生产由传统烟叶生产向现代烟草农业转变的措施和建议,如提高对现代烟草农业的认识、搞好规划、加大基础设施建设投入、建立健全土地流转合理机制、加快向集约化生产经营方式转变等。

Push forward Construction of Modern Tobacco Agriculture to Keep the Healthy Development of Tobacco Leaf Productio

Pushing forward modern tobacco agriculture energetically is the strategic decision that guarantees the tobacco industry to develop steadily. As one of main flue-cured tobacco areas in our country, Henan provincial tobacco industry responds actively and explores bravely according to the requests of the modern tobacco agriculture. The achievements of pushing forward modern tobacco agriculture and aimed at the existent problems in Henan province based on comprehensive investigations were summed up. Some measures and suggestions on realizing the transition from traditional tobacco leaf production to modern tobacco agriculture were put forward, i.e., enhancing recognition of modern tobacco agriculture, making a good plan and increasing input on construction of fundamental instruments, constructing and perfecting proper land trade mechanism, speeding up the transform towards intensive production.
