| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,特别是近几年,什邡市委、市政府认真贯彻落实党中央关于治理水土流失的重要指示精神,以实施水土保持生态建设、农业综合开发、山区开发建设等项目为重点,狠抓生态建设,努力实践"三个代表",深入实施"民心工程",极大地改善了生态环境和生产条件,增强了农业综合生产能力,促进了县域经济的持续、稳定、快速发展.笔者还就如何继续开展好什邡市水土保持工作提出一些想法.
