摘    要:目的]探讨苦荬菜和苦菜提取液的抗菌性能。方法]以苦荬菜和苦菜为供试材料,枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为供试菌种,采用滤纸片法研究苦荬菜和苦菜提取液对这3种常见菌的抑制作用。结果]苦荬菜和苦菜的提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均具有一定的抑菌作用。其中苦薯菜提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用较强,而苦菜提取液则对大肠杆菌有较强抑菌作用。2种提取液对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用相对弱些。2种试验材料含有较强的抑菌物质,最低抑菌浓度在10%以下。二者的提取液对葡萄的保鲜有一定作用。结论]该研究为植物提取物在果蔬保鲜上的进一步开发应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the antibacterial performance of Prenanhes sonchifolia and Prenanthes chinensis extracts.Method] With P.sonchifolia and P.chinensis as tested materials,Bacillus subitilis,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli as tested bacteria,the inhibition of P.sonchifolia and P.chinensis extracts on the 3 kinds of common bacteria were studied by filter paper method.Result] P.sonchifolia and P.chinensis extracts all had certain antibacterial effect on E.coli,S.aureus and B.subitilis.Among them,P.sonchifolia extract had stronger antibacterial effect on S.aureus,while P.chinensis extract had stronger antibacterial effect on E.coli.The 2 kinds of extracts had relative poorer antibacterial effect on B.subitilis.The 2 kinds of experimental materials contained stronger antibacterial substance and the minimum inhibitory concn.was under 10%.The 2 kinds of extracts had certain effect on fresh-keeping for grape.Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the further development and application of plant extracts on fruits and vegetables preservation.
