| 摘 要： | 如何参与企业合作,农户会权衡生产决策权的转移问题。研究基于四川攀枝花市芒果种植户实地调查数据,实证分析了果农的生产决策权转移意愿及其影响因素。结果表明:多数果农不愿意转移生产决策权,生产规模、种植年限、年龄、文化程度、合作经历和政府认知态度情况等六个因素影响显著。

Farmers' Willingness to Transfer Decision-making Power and Its Influential Factors：A Survey to Mango Farmers in Panzhihua |

| Abstract: | Production decision-making transfer is the top concern of local farmers in cooperation with enterprises. A survey was made to interview local mango farmers in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province, the willingness of mango farmers to transfer their decision making power and its influential factors were empirically analyzed. The analysis showed that most of farmers are not willing to give up their decision making power, the factors of which are scale of production, time duration of planting, age, education level, experience of cooperation and attitude of government cognition. |
