普通华冠和短枝华冠苹果叶片光合特性比较

摘    要:对普通华冠和短枝华冠叶片生长过程中的叶绿素含量进行了测定,并用光合作用测定仪对普通华冠、短枝华冠成熟叶片光合速率进行了测定,结果表明:在整个生长过程中,短枝华冠叶片叶绿素含量明显高于普通华冠;一天中,短枝华冠比普通华冠较早进入正光合作用,有利于利用弱光进行光合作用;短枝华冠叶片各时段净光合速率大于普通华冠,在每天的10:00至16:00,短枝华冠的光合速率比普通华冠高约26.5%。

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of Huaguan and Spur Huaguan apple trees were comparatively studied by CIRAS-1 system.The results were as follows: Compared with ordinary Huaguan apple trees,the chlorophyll content of leaves of Spur Huaguan was higher,the photosynthesis began earlier with higher light utilization ratio and its photosynthetic rate was 26.5% higher than that of ordinary Huaguan from 10 a.m to 16 p.m.
