Abstract: | The comparative characteristics are given of the organoleptic, physicochemical, and immunochemical properties of developed whey protein partial hydrolysates (Belarus), whey protein hydrolysate (Russia), and imported partial hydrolysates Vitalarmor H 801 LB (France), PRODIET GF 006 (France), and Hilmar 8350 (United States). It is established that the developed hydrolysate (Belarus) conforms to imported analogues used as a protein component for specialized and infant foods |
