摘    要:[目的]对高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中叶酸含量的不确定度进行评定.[方法]建立了不确定度评价数学模型,对测定过程中各影响因素进行分析评估.[结果]合成了各变量的不确定度,最终得到测定结果的扩展不确定度:(33.0±1.7)g/kg(K-2).[结论]分析了产生不确定度的主要来源,为有效地控制用该方法来测定叶酸的含量提供可靠的理论依据.

The Study of Uncertainty Evaluation for Determination of Folic Acid in Health Food by HPLC

Abstract:[ Objective ] To assess the uncertainty in measurement of folic acid in health food by HPLC. [ Method ] The uncertainty was evaluated with the establishment of mathematical model and the analysis of various factors affecting sample detection. [ Result] The combined uncertainty was then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables : ( 33.0 ± 1.7 ) g/kg ( K = 2 ). [ Conclusion ] The main sources of uncertainty were confirmed and reliable theoretical basis could be supplied for the effective control for the determination of folic acid by this method.
