摘    要:继初步研究酷绿木霉TR1与多种常用载体和润湿分散剂的生物相容性后,通过菌丝生长速率测定法和孢子萌发率法进一步对与TR1有良好生物相容性的稳定剂、紫外保护剂和保水剂进行筛选。结果表明:4种稳定剂中,CMC-Na对TR1菌丝的生长无明显影响,在低浓度下对孢子萌发的影响与对照没有显著差异;5种紫外保护剂中,糊精和黄原胶对TR1菌丝生长和孢子萌发没有影响,与TR1具有良好的生物相容性;保水剂在碳源不充足的情况下可给菌丝的生长提供碳源,在含保水剂的培养基上,空气湿度对孢子萌发的影响较小。
