| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村必须有科学规划作为蓝图,本文通过对农村规划建设现状的分析,遵照中共中央关于建设社会主义新农村的各项方针政策,结合我国农村的国情特点,提出了社会主义新农村规划的八大主要内容,并对农村建设用地布局进行了详细的论述,同时提出了社会主义新农村特色塑造的途径。

| Abstract: | We must have a scientific plan as blueprint to construct the new socialistic countryside. This text analyses rural current situationof planning. According to principles and policies of constructing the socialist new countryside of the Central Committee of theCommunist Party of China, in light of our characteristic of countryside, the author proposes eight major content of new rural planningand land overall arrangement of rural construction , puts forward the route of construction of a new socialist rural area at the same time. |
