摘    要:为了探讨不同能源类型烤房的烘烤效果,以烤烟品种翠碧一号为材料,在福建省尤溪地区进行了不同能源类型烤房(新建陶瓷厚膜新能源电烤房、改造陶瓷厚膜新能源电烤房、热泵电烤房、生物质燃料烤房和燃煤烤房)的烘烤效果对比试验,分析了产量、产值、上等烟比例、精品烟比例、平均单叶重等指标。结果表明:陶瓷厚膜新能源电烤房和热泵电烤房烘烤出的烟叶烘干率更高、烘烤成本更低且操作更简便。该研究可为今后新能源烤房的开发与应用奠定基础。

Comparative study on Baking of Ceramic thick Film (CTF)- New Energy Electric Baking Room

Abstract:To explore the comparison between the ceramic thick film (CTF)-new energy electric baking room and the three main energy baking room used in the current tobacco leaf baking in Youxi area of Sanming. The tobacco leaves with the same growth and maturity in the field were selected to newly built ceramic thick film (CTF)-new energy electric baking room, renovated ceramic thick film(CTF)- new energy electric baking room, biomass fuel baking room and coal-fired baking room. The results showed that the drying rate of flue-cured tobacco leaves cured by electric baking room was higher and the curing cost was lower. In addintion, the economic and quality characters of flue-cured tobacco leaves cured by electric baking room and biomass fuel baking room were significantly better than those of coal-fired baking room.
