| 摘 要： | １９９６－２０００年，先后４次５批从日本引进红鳍东方tun受精卵５.2kg(约３０２万粒）进行苗种培育试验，其中３次获得成功，引进成功率为７５５，共培育出体长２５－３０mm的幼鱼６０万尾，受粗卵孵化率分别为５０％，０％，７０％和４０％，经过４２－５０d的培育，幼鱼培育成活率分别为６４.7%,0%,43.9%和51.7%，孵化水温为１６－１８℃，幼鱼培育水温为１７－２２℃，试验结果表明，引进红鳍东方tun受精卵进行苗种培育在技术上可行的。

| Abstract: | From 1996 to 2000, 52kg(about 302 million eggs)Fugu ru br ipesfertilized eggs have been introduced from Japan by four times to make the experiments of the seedling breeding. Three experiments have obtained remarkable success a nd the introducing success rate is 75%. 600 000 seedlings which their body lengt h are 25~30mm, have been breeded. The hatching rate of fertilized eggs is 50%, 0 %, 70% and 40%, respectively. The survival rate of seedlings is 647%, 0%, 43 9 % and 517% respectively after (42~50days) breeding.The hatching water temperat ure is 16~18℃ and the seedling breeding water temperature is 17~22℃. Experime nts show that it is feasible tｏ ｂｒｅｅｄ seedling with the introducing fert ilized eggs of Fugu rubripes. |
