摘    要:在含有Bt毒素的人工饲料中分别加入Ca,Mg,Zn和Cu4类盐8种化合物,进行防治棉铃虫幼虫的试验。结果表明,8个处理与单用制剂相比,毒力效价都有不同程度的提高。

Abstract:Compared with artifical diet containing Bacillus thuringiensis, addition of inorganic salts could enhance larvicidal activity. In this experiment, Calcium salts, Magnesium salts, Zine salts, and copper salts was added respectively. They had different synergistic effect. Calcium carbonate and Calcium chloride increased Bt potency by 0. 24 times and 0. 28 times respectively. Magnesium sulfate and Magnesium chloride increased potency by 0.66 times and 3. 19 times respectively. Zine chloride and Zine sulfate increased potency by 0. 43 times and 2. 03 times, Copper chloride, Copper sulfate increased potency by 0. 28 times and 0. 16 times respectively. Among these inorganic aslts, Magnesium chloride was the hot effective in erhancing the potency of Bacillus thuringiensis. zine sulfate was the second effective.
