南宁市区土地资源综合承载力评价研究

从土地资源的自然属性、开发利用程度、土地利用经济效益和生态环境等4个方面构建土地资源综合承载力评价指标体系,采用变异系数法确定评价指标权重对南宁市区6个城区土地资源综合承载力进行评价。结果表明,2009-2014年南宁市区土地资源综合承载力呈上升趋势;依据2014年土地资源综合承载力可将南宁市6个城区划分为高、中、低潜力承载区,其中,青秀区、良庆区属高潜力承载区,江南区、邕宁区属中潜力承载区,兴宁区、西乡塘区属低潜力承载区。

Evaluation on Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity in Nanning City

Index evaluation system of land comprehensive carrying capacity was established from four aspects of the natural carrying capacity of the land, development level, socio-economic and ecological. The land comprehensive carrying capacity of six districts in Nanning city was evaluated by index weight calculated though the coefficient of variation. The results showed that the land comprehensive carrying capacity of Nanning city increased from 2009 to 2014. Accorded to the land comprehen-sive capacity in 2014, the six districts could be divided into high, medium and low potential bearing area. Among them, Qingxiu and Liangqing belonged to high potential carrying capacity area, Jiangnan and Yongning belonged to medium poten-tial carrying capacity area, Xingning and Xixiangtang belonged to low potential carrying capacity area.
