摘    要:以京藏香草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duch.cv.Jingzangxiang)匍匐茎茎尖为试验材料,以LED白光为对照,研究了红光、蓝光、组合光(红∶蓝∶远红=1∶1∶1)不同LED光质对草莓茎尖组织培养的影响。结果表明,在茎尖诱导分化阶段,丛生芽分化时间快慢依次为红光组合光白光蓝光;诱导分化率高低依次为组合光白光红光蓝光;增殖系数大小依次为组合光白光红光蓝光;生根率高低依次为组合光白光蓝光红光,植株生长势强弱依次为组合光白光红光蓝光。综合而言,LED组合光质有利于草莓茎尖组织培养。

Abstract:Taking Fragaria ananassa Duch. cv. Jingzangxiang stem tip as the experimental material, LED white light as the contrast, the effect of different LED light, red, blue, combination of light (red/blue/far red=1:1:1) on tissue culture of F. ananassa stem tip was studied. The test results showed that on the stem tip differentiation stage, the time of multiple shoot clumps differentiation ranked form short to long as red light, composite light, white light, blue light; differentiation rate ranked as composite light>white light>red light>blue light; proliferation rate ranked as composite light>white light>red light>blue light; rooting rate ranked as composite light>white light>blue light>red light; plant growth power ranked as composite light>white light>red light>blue light. In combination, LED composite light is conducive to F. ananass shoot tissue culture.
