虎杖组培苗移栽技术研究

摘    要:为加速虎杖提取加工业的发展,提高组培苗移栽成活率,降低生产成本,通过不同基质、不同环境条件和不同处理措施对虎杖组培苗移栽成活率的影响试验,结果表明:疏松且保水的圃地表土有利于虎杖组培苗的移栽,且生长状况良好,成活率达93%,高生长量6.98cm,平均叶片增量4.86片;在温室大棚内间歇喷雾的移栽成活率要高于室外圃地,成活率达96.25%,而苗木的生长,室外圃地要好于温室大棚;组培苗移栽后履盖薄膜可提高苗木的成活率和生长量,成活率达95%,消毒与否对虎杖组培苗移栽成活没有太大的影响。虎杖组培苗的移栽在水分多,空气湿度大的地方可提高成活率。

Abstract:In order to accelerate development of distill machining of Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb et zucc, advance survival rate of transplantation of Planted in tissue culture, debase cost of production, the effects of survival rate experiment on tissue culture of Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb.et zucc was conducted based on the different substratum, the different environmental condition and the different processing measure. The results showed: The garden surface soil with loosens and guarantees the water ability was advantageous for Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb et zucc transplantation, and in good growth condition, the survival rate reaches 93%, the high growth volume was 6.98cm and average leaf blade increase 4.86 pieces. The transplantation survival rate in intermittent atomization in greenhouse was higher than outside garden place, the survival rate reaches96.25%. But the nursery stock''s growth planted outside the garden place was better than in the greenhouse. After the tissue cultivates seedling to transplant the shoe to cover the thin film to be possible to enhance the nursery stock the survival rate and the growth quantity, the survival rate could reaches 95%, there was no obvious difference in disinfection or not in cultivates the seedling of transplant survives of Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb et zucc. The survival rate of transplantation of Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb et zucc was higher in the washy and air humidity place.
