河南省小麦主要推广品种间的亲缘关系研究

摘    要:利用系谱分析和SSR标记对河南省小麦主要推广品种间的亲缘关系进行了研究。结果如下:(1)系谱分析表明10个主要推广品种间的血缘关系较近,豫麦2号和丰产3号是它们的骨干亲本,分别与7个和9个品种有血缘关系;(2)70对SSR引物在11个品种间扩增出211个等位变异,平均每个引物3.01个,84.29%的引物能检测到多态性位点,Xgwm294和barc061就能将这11个品种区分开;(3)品种间的遗传距离平均为0.495,变化范围较小,在0.36到0.63之间;(4)不同共同血缘比例的品种间的遗传距离差异较小,表明品种间的亲缘关系较近;(5)有1/2和1/4共同血缘的品种间的遗传距离较近,低于1/4共同血缘和无血缘品种间的遗传距离稍远,血缘关系不能很好反映品种间的亲缘远近。

Studies on Relationship among Main Released Wheat Cultivars in Henan Province

Abstract:Pedigree analysis and simple sequence repeats (SSR) were used to analyze the relationship among main released wheat cultivars in Henan Province. The results are as follows: (1) The consanguinity of ten main released cultivars was nearer. Yumai 2 and Fengchan 3 were their corner stone parents, by which seven and nine cultivars were bred respectively. (2) Seventy pairs of SSR primers amplified 211 allelic loci with 3.01 per SSR primer pair in the 11 cultivars. The polymorphic primers occupied 84.29%. Xgwm294 and BARC061 could divide the 11 cultivars. (3) The average genetic distance of the cultivars was 0.495, and the range was from 0.36 to 0.63. (4) The genetic distances among the cultivars with different consanguinity were smaller, which showed the relationship of the cultivars was nearer. (5) The genetic distance between the cultivars with 1/2 and 1/4 consanguinity were nearer. The genetic distances between the cultivars with less than 1/4 consanguinity and no consanguinity were farther. The consanguinity could not explain the relationship of the cultivars.
