摘    要:为探讨益生菌制剂对羔羊生长性能的影响,将30头出生相近(胎次、体重)的羔羊随机分为3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组饲喂益生菌发酵饲料,试验2组在羔羊未断奶时向口腔喷入益生菌发酵液,断奶后饲喂益生菌发酵饲料;试验分两期共12周时间进行饲养。分别测定试验1期、试验2期和试验全期的日增重、饲料增重转化比。结果表明,和对照组相比,试验1组育肥前期日增重提高12.7%,育肥后期提高11.5%,全期提高11.8%;试验2组育肥前期日增重提高14.7%,育肥后期提高26.3%,全期提高23.5%。试验组全期节省饲料2.8%~7.3%。

Research and application of probiotics in lamb production

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of probiotics on the growth performance of lambs, 30 lambs with similar births (parity, weight) and were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group was fed basal diet, and the test 1 group was fed probiotics fermented feed. In the test 2 group, the lambs were sprayed with probiotic fermentation broth into the mouth when the lambs were not weaned, and fed with probiotic fermented feed after weaning. The experiment was divided into two phases for 12 weeks. The daily weight gain and feed weight conversion ratios of the first phase, the second phase and the whole phase of the experiment were determined. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the daily gain of test 1 group increased by 11.86% in the early fattening period, 11.62% in the late fattening period, and 11.71% in the whole period; in the test 2 group, the daily gain in the early fattening period increased by 14.75%, and the daily gain in the late fattening period increased by 41.60%. The whole period increased by 35.24%. The experimental group saved 6.7%~11.7% of feed during the whole period.
