Discussion on quarantine inspection mode of imported fresh fruits under the background of deepening reforms in all-round way in the new Customs

Port is an important node in import fruit trade supply chain,and risk and challenge of biosecurity from global trade facilitation are in creasing.This paper,combined with the actual problems faced by the current port entry fruit customs clearance,based on the new demand for the port quarantine in?spection mode under the new situation,taking risk management as the core basis,under the premise of controllable risk,through the risk classification of fruit quarantine before entry,reevaluates the risk of port quarantine inspection,explores the establishment of the corresponding hierarchical inspection mode,seeks the effective way to improve customs clearance efficiency,and builds a highly intensive port risk prevention and control system under the all-round way deepening reforms of the customs.
