摘    要:应用RNA分离、纯化技术对低温(4℃)处理的草菇菌丝体RNA进行分析,发现随着草菇在低温下保存时间的增加,草菇细胞内的大分子量RNA组分有所减少,小分子量RNA组分有所增加。

Abstract:RNA of Volvariella volvacea mycelium was separated, purified and analysed. The result suggested that RNA compositions changed after low temperature treatment of V. volvacea mycelium. It was found that high molecular weight RNA compositions had been reduced and low molecular weight RNA compositions had been accumulated by low temperature treatment.
