| 摘 要： | 金黄色葡萄球菌是引起食物中毒的第二大细菌,因此检测食品中金黄色葡萄球菌有重要的意义。分析和论述了传统的反向胶乳凝结法、酶联免疫吸附法、PCR法,以及最新发展起来的VIDAS系统检测法、傅里叶变换红外光谱法、基质辅助激光解吸—电离飞行时间质谱法等金黄色葡萄球菌检测方法的优缺点。

| Abstract: | Staphylococcus aureus was the second major of baeteria in food poisoning caused by baeteria.Therefore,the detection of staphylococcus aureus of food was more important.And the methods of RPLA,ELISA,PCR,VIDAS,FTIR and MALDI-TOF-MS,which used in the staphylococcus aureus detection were introduced emphatically in this paper. |
