低碳理念下的德阳市林业灾后恢复重建

四川德阳市林业在2008年"5·12"汶川特大地震中遭受严重损失,林地受灾面积45133 hm2,森林覆盖率下降了2.4%,林业系统直接经济损失21.994亿元。德阳市始终将林业可持续发展、低碳重建的理念贯穿到林业灾后重建的各个环节,把生态建设与经济发展紧密结合,因地制宜地实施森林植被恢复,发展农家生态旅游、农村新能源、特色林产业等低碳经济,实施森林生态补偿,灾后重建工作进展顺利,林业自身发展能力得以加强。

Low-Carbon Forestry Restoration and Rehabitation in Deyang after the Wenchuan Earthquake

The forestry in Deyang,Sichuan,suffered a serious loss in the 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake.The woodland area affected by this disaster is 45 133 hm2,with 2.4% decrease of forest coverage,and the direct economic loss of forestry is 21.994 hundred million yuan.In Deyang,the concepts of forestry sustainable development and low-carbon rehabitation have always been reflected in various aspects of the post-earthquake rehabitation.Through suitable vegetation recovery strategies,and low-carbon economic development modes,such as farm ecotourism,new countryside energy,characteristic forestry industry and the forest ecological compensation,the integration work of ecological improvement and economic development in the post-earthquake rehabitation is well done,thus entancing the self-development capability of forestry.
