| 摘 要： | 通过高效液相色谱法对西瓜中的类胡萝卜素进行分析,采用Vydac201TP54C18色谱柱,比较2种不同流动相的检测结果,表明乙腈:甲醇:二氯甲烷=75:20:5(V:V:V)的分离效果较好;初步定性分析确定西瓜中含有7种以上类胡萝卜素。 |

| Abstract: | The carotenoids in watermelon were investigated using high performance liquid chromatography through comparison of two different mobile phases. The results showed that carotenoids were separated more effectively with the mobile phase acetonitrile(ACN):methanol(MEOH):dichloromethane(DCM)=75:20:5(V:V:V)using Vydac 201TP54 C18 chromatographic column at the flow rate 1 mL/min and 450 nm wavelength under room temperature. The preliminarily qualitative analysis showed that more than 7 carotenoids were detected in the watermelon. |
