摘    要:以米粉专用稻品种湘早籼33号为试材,采用裂区设计,研究了不同栽插规格和基本苗数对米粉稻产量及品质的影响.结果表明:采用宽窄行栽培,每穴栽植4~5苗,能优化米粉稻的群体结构,缓和个体发育与群体生长的矛盾,促进其干物质生产,米粉稻产量提高2.33%,与米粉加工密切相关的出糙率和直链淀粉含量分别提高0.61%和1.50%.

Abstract:Effects of transplanting methods and basic seedling numbers on yield and quality of noodle rice were studied with Xiangzaoxian 33, a special variety for rice noodle making. Results showed that when the noodle rice was planted with 4 - 5 seedlings per hill in wide-narrow rows, the rice population structure could be optimized, the dry matter production could be hastened, and the contradictions between the plant individuals and population developments could also be moderated. As a result, rice yield increased as well as rice quality improved. As a quality improvement both the brown rice rate and amylose content of rice starch increased by 0.61% and 1.50%, respectively.
