辐照作为豆类中绿豆象的检疫处理方法

摘    要:本文按照国际推荐的辐照检疫研究方法,在文献检索的基础上,进行了辐照对绿豆象的检疫有效剂量和大量验证试验的研究,并分析了在此有效剂量辐照处理对豆类感官品质的影响,得出结论为100Gy的辐照可以作为绿豆象的有效检疫剂量.

Abstract:an effective irradiation quarantine treatment is the dose that could cause suppression of the F1 generation level based on an inability to reproduce and non-completion of the development of immature stages of C. chinensis. To meet this goal,the irradiation sensitivity of C. chinensis,effective irradiation dose,large-scale testing,and literature evaluation of the organoleptic properties of irradiated products were investigated. From the experimental results and literature investigation,irradiation doses of 100 Gy was reffective to prevent the development of different stage of the pest to adult. The irradiation efficacy from large-scale testing at 100 Gy for C. chinensis was higher than 99.95% at CL 95%.Literature also supported an effective dose of irradiation quarantine treatment for C. chinensis at 100 Gy.
