| 摘 要： | 通过观察大肠埃希菌标准菌株、金黄色葡萄球菌标准菌株生长曲线和菌体超微结构的变化，探讨毛酸浆果醇提物的可能抑菌机理。以金黄色葡萄球菌标准菌株和大肠杆菌标准菌株作为指示菌，在分别绘制细菌生长曲线的基础上，于不同时间点蜕察加药后细菌生长曲线的变化，并以透射电镜观察细菌菌体超微结构的改变。在毛酸浆果醇提物最低抑菌浓度作用下，大肠埃希菌标准菌株生长曲线的各时间点菌体浓度OD值始终保持在0．5以下。透射电镜下可见：大肠埃希菌标准菌株生长0h时，细菌出现明显的分裂相；4h后，大肠埃希菌菌体内部出现许多空泡，分裂相明显减少；8h后，出现较多死亡菌体。毛酸浆果醇提物能有效地抑制大肠埃希菌的生长，使大肠埃希菌的菌体结构出现质壁分离、空泡样变和死亡现象。 |
