| 摘 要： | 首次采用中压色谱结合二氯甲烷甲醇系统分离西洋参果中人参皂苷Rh2、Re和Rb2,具有分离效率高、溶剂毒性小等优点,是一种简便易行的方法。

| Abstract: | The ginsenoside Rh2,Re and Rb2 of Panax quenquifolium L.Berry were isolated and purified by medium pressure column chromatography.This method has high separating efficiency,with lower toxicity,which is also proved to be simple and feasible. |
