| 摘 要： | 以国家绿色食品的检测项目为指标,运用GB/T系列检测方法,对7种高寒冷凉区主栽蔬菜进行了重金属及农残指标的检测分析。结果表明:高寒冷凉蔬菜重金属和多项农残未检出或低于控制标准,质量安全标准均达到了A级绿色食品的标准,产品质量安全。表明高寒冷凉区是发展有机、绿色蔬菜的理想产区之一。

| Abstract: | Seven vegetables quality and security from Gansu,Tianzhu county in alpine plateau area were tested based on national green food Agrade testing items by GB/T testing method.The results showed that kinds of heavy metal and pesticide residues were no detectable or low the control standard of national A grade,the quality of alpine vegetable were high quality and they all meeted the green food requirements.Alpine plateau was one of the ideal areas for producing organic and green vegetables. |
