| 海洋红酵母耐盐cDNA文库的构建与序列分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 利用消减杂交技术（SSH）构建了海洋红酵母耐盐cDNA文库，一共挑出270个克隆子，选取了25个克隆进行测序，经过Blast分析，初步认为有一个克隆是与耐盐相关的基因，2个属于未知基因，其余为核RNA。 |
