| 摘 要： | 农业是一个弱势产业,农民是一个弱势群体,中国传统农业是在人多地少的特殊情况下发展起来的,“三农”问题必然将长期存在。提出了“狼群理论”,认为让农民从“狼群中的羊”成为“狼群中的狼”,核心是农业企业化。 |

| Abstract: | Agriculture is an inferior industry,while the farmers are also a disadvantage group.Since Chinese traditional agriculture has being developed under the special circumstances of more population and less land,the issue of "agriculture,countryside an farmer" is bound to exist in a long term.In order to strengthen agriculture and increase farmers' income,in the thesis a theory of "wolves herd",i.e.to make the farmers be a head from "a sheep among the wolves" was posed,whose core was agriculture industrialization. |
