团头鲂细菌性败血症的病理学研究

摘    要:报道了由温和气单胞菌(Aerom onas drophila)感染团头鲂引起细菌性败血症的病理学变化。通过对人工感染病例的病理学观察,发现病理变化主要表现为鱼体多处出血,特别是体表的出血最为明显;有淡红色浑浊黏液状腹水,肛门红肿外突;心、肝、肾、肠等内脏器官充血、出血、肿大、变性、坏死以及红细胞发生溶血;血液学生理指标上表现出红细胞大量减少,白细胞大量增加等细菌性败血症的病理特征,并在病理变化观察的基础上探讨了该病发生的机理。

Abstract:This paper reports the pathological changes for bacterial septicemia in Megalobrania amblycephala caused by Aeromonas grophila. Through the pathological examination of the case of artificial infection,hemorrhage was observed in many tissues,especially on the outside of the bodies of the affected fish.Hyperemia and erythema appeared in the mouth,eyes and opercula,at the base of fins and around the anus.Petechia and acchymotic hemorrhage,erosions and ulcers were found in the skin.Ascites appeared,and the visceral organs showed erythema,petechial and and ecchymotic hemorrhages and swelling.The histopathological changes were characterized by vacuolar degeneration and necrosis in the dermis,inflammatory edema and hemorrhage in the dermis and subcutis.Furthermore,the haematological physiological indexes showed a decrease in red cells and a rapid increase in white cells.
