淠史杭灌区水资源优化配置研究

摘    要:基于系统优化的理论,应用模拟计算对淠史杭灌区水资源优化配置问题进行了探讨,并在设计引水流量中引入一个随机均匀变量进行随机模拟优化。并与传统的确定性计算方法进行比较分析,计算结果表明,得到的最优引水流量能更好的提高城市供水保证率与农业灌溉保证率,能充分发挥灌区水资源的综合利用效益。

Abstract:Based on the system optimization theory,the optimal water resources allocation in Pishihang irrigation district is studied through simulation and calculation.The stochastic uniform variable is introduced to stochastically optimize the diversion discharge of design.The calculation results are compared with those of traditional certainty method,and the results indicate the optimal diversion discharge obtained can enhance both the city water supply dependability and the agricultural irrigation dependability.Thus it can fully realize the water resource comprehensive utilization benefit in the district.
