摘    要:硅粒吸附法是一种常用的植物总RNA提取方法,本文对其进行改良后应用于小型昆虫总RNA提取,同时与小型昆虫RNA提取常用的改进的一步法和Trizol法进行了比较.试验结果表明:改良的硅粒吸附法是一种经济高效的小型昆虫总RNA提取方法,RNA产率高,纯度佳.同时,整个试验操作步骤简单、省时(约1 h),所用试剂普遍、廉价.

Abstract:The silica method, a simple and efficient protocol, is broadly used in plant RNA extraction. In this study, the method was modified and used in small insects, such as Myzus persicae, Bemisia tabaci Q sibling species and Frankliniella occidentalis. Meantime, we compared the RNA extraction efficiency of small insects with the modified silica protocol, the modified one step procedure and Trizol method. The results showed that the highest quality and yields of RNA were obtained by modified silica RNA extraction protocol. This protocol has the advantages of time saving, lower cost as well as easy to handle and can be used for RNA extraction of insects.
