| 摘 要： | 通过谷物及其制品中呕吐毒素的检测试验,将检测呕吐毒素的2种免疫技术(金标试纸法和酶联免疫法)进行了比较,考察2种方法的符合率。结果表明:2种方法测定结果基本一致,符合率达100%。

| Abstract: | Two immunoassay methods(Gold labeled strips and ELISA) were evaluated with the detection of corn and its products.The coincidence rate of two methods was also studied.The results showed the gold labeled strip had a perfect relativity with standard with ELISA,and coincidence rate was showed to be 100%. |
