| 摘 要： | 葡萄品种的鉴定是葡萄种质资源研究和新品种保护的基础.为了对葡萄种质资源的安全引进和输出提供技术保障,本文归纳了葡萄品种鉴定中常用技术及其在遗传多样性领域的研究进展,总结了在葡萄品种鉴定过程中存在的问题,分析了分子技术在葡萄品种鉴定中的发展趋势,并对今后品种鉴定工作进行了展望.

| Abstract: | Identification of grape varieties is a fundamental work for germplasm resources research and new varieties protection of grape. In order to provide technical support for the safety input and output of grape germplasm resources, the common technology in identification of grape varieties and its research progress in genetic diversity were summarized in this paper. The problems existing in the process of grape variety identification were summarized. We also analyzed the development trend of the molecular techniques in grape variety identification and forecasted varieties identification in future work. |
