摘    要:为了更好地挖掘莲子心功效,为后续研究提供理论基础,以干浸膏得率、总生物碱含量、总黄酮含量作为判定指标,采用正交试验设计法,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间、回流次数作为考察因素,综合评价各因素对莲子心提取效果的影响,优选出最佳提取工艺。结果表明,莲子心的最佳提取工艺为30倍量的80%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次30 min。该优选工艺客观可行、合理稳定,为深入研究莲子心的药理作用及其工业化大生产提供理论基础。

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Lotus Plumule by Multiple-Index Comprehensive Detection

Abstract:In order to better explore lotus plumule effect and provide theoretical basis for the follow-up study, the extraction technology of lotus plumule was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The extract yield, total alkaloid content and total flavonoids content were used as comprehensive evaluation indexes. The concentration of ethanol, amount of ethanol, extraction time, extraction times were selected as factors. The orthogonal design was used to comprehensively evaluate of the factors of the lotus plumule extraction effect influence, and choose the optimal optimum extraction process. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: refluxing extracted 2 times with 30 folds, 80% ethanol, 30 min for each time. This result was concluded that the optimized extraction process was objective, practical, reasonable and stable, which provided a theoretical basis for the further study of the pharmacological effects of lotus plumule and its industrial production.
