| Abstract: | The DNAs and total RNAs from the leaves of wild-type and transgenic chitinase tobacco plants were synchronously extracted by the modified CTAB method,then digestion of the RNAs from the DNAs and digestion of the DNAs from the total RNAs were performed respectively,and lastly the purity and quantity of each RNA and DNA obtained were evaluated by agarose gel electrophoresis, UV scanning,PCR and RT-PCR analysis.The results showed that the DNAs extracted by this method were clear in band and had no degradation,... |
