摘    要:从芸薹属蔬菜的抽薹特性、影响抽薹的因素、抽薹前后生理生化变化、抽薹性状的遗传规律等几个方面综述了芸薹属蔬菜抽薹性研究进展。

Abstract:Advance in studying bolting characteristics of Brassica vegetables was summarized in terms of factors influencing bolting,physiological and biochemical changes around bolting,and inheritance of bolting characteristics,to serve as reference for the further study.
