芙新姬小蜂的生物学习性观察

摘    要:在实验室条件下,以美洲斑潜蝇幼虫为寄主,对芙新姬小蜂生物学习性进行了初步观察。结果表明,该蜂成虫喜欢群集活动,飞翔能力较弱;具有很强的趋光性和向上行为;成虫喜欢清洁身体;多在上午羽化,羽化当天或次日产卵。雌蜂大多数选择2龄末或3龄初的寄主幼虫体躯后1/3处产卵,1头寄主幼虫体内落卵1、2、3粒分别为92.25%、5.63%和2.11%。老熟幼虫在寄主体内后半部(占30.17%)或脱离寄主0~15mm的潜蝇虫道内(占69.83%)化蛹。幼虫是否在寄主体内化蛹,与其体内营养物质的量有关。

Abstract:Bionomics of Neochrysocharis formosa(Westwood),a predominant parasitoid for Liriomyza sativae Blanchard and Liriomyza huidobrensis(Blanchard) on vegetables in Liaoning Province,were investigated under laboratory conditions with larvae of L.sativae.Adult wasps were gregarious and weak in flight,showed strong phototaxis and heliotaxis,and often cleaned body.Adult emergence occurred mainly in the morning.Female adults oviposited on the day of emergence or on the following day,and laid eggs at the rear one-third of the body of host larvae in the last stage of the 2nd or the early stage of the 3rd instar.Most of host larvae(92.25%) were parasitized by only 1 egg,only a few hosts were parasitized by 2 eggs(5.63%) or 3 eggs(2.11%).The mature wasp larvae pupated within the rear half of the host body(accounting for 30.17%) or in leafminer path 0-15 mm away from the host(69.83%).Pupation within the host body or not depends on nutrient amount remained in the host.
