| 摘 要： | 根据新疆气候特点,筛选出一株在耐旱、耐盐碱方面抗性较强的苜蓿根瘤菌Rhizobiumsp.XJ67,并对其发酵条件及菌剂保存条件进行研究,结果表明该菌最适生长温度为30℃,最适pH为6 8,发酵液活菌数达19300×108,菌剂最佳保存条件为冻干剂。

| Abstract: | According to the character of weather in xinjiang,we selected a Rhizobium meliloti dangeard-XJ67 which has more strong survival,and studying on the condition of ferment process and preservation of biologicals.the results showed that XJ67 optimal temperature is 30℃,and optimal pH is 6.8,the number of XJ 67 in fermentation liquid is 1.93×10~12,the best preservation of biologicals is freeze. |
